Job Description

1. Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

2. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

3. Reconciles records with external vendors or customers.

4. Assisting in major bank reconciliations.

5. Matching and verifying cash expenses.
