Trainees @ Bangalore

Note: This is NOT a direct Walk-In. You need to

Note: This is a direct job with our company. There
will NOT be any Training/Recruitment/Registration
/Consulting fees collected from candidates before/
after the placement.

Desired Qualification :
• BE / B.Tech / MCA
• 2010 / 2011 Passout
• Should have minimum 70% marks from 10th
standard onwards

Desired Experience : 0 Years

Mandatory Skills : C++ / JAVA / .NET

Desired Skills :
• Candidate should be hard worker, quick learner,
should have positive attitude, can have average
communication skills, should be willing to travel to
abroad even during the training period.
• Certifications in C++, .NET and JAVA will be
added advantage.

Trainee To Employee Program :
• Candidate will be selected for training after successfully
clearing the test on C++, .NET, and JAVA (only basics)
and personal interview.
• Candidate will undergo 6 months training (will be under
probation during this period) on any of C++, .NET, JAVA
or/and open source tools/languages or/and any programming
language of mobile phone application development areas.
• This training will be free of cost for the candidate.
But there will not be any salary paid to candidates
during this 6 months of training.
• After the training there will be another test for
candidate in the skill set where (s)he had gone through
the training followed by personal interview.
• Candidate services will be continued with the company
only after clearing the test and interview.
• There will be service level agreement between candidate
and the company for 2 years from the 1st day of the
training.
• However, if candidate is unsuccessful in the training then
this agreement may be void based on company's consent.

Very Important ** :
• Please note that only short listed candidates for
test/training will be notified through mail.
• Hence, the candidates need not call/mail the company
regarding the status of their profiles/test results.

Note: Candidates without knowledge in
'C++ / JAVA / .NET' - Please do NOT apply.
