* Knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuit Design concept is a must
* Knowledge of Simulation tools – Hspice, Spectre
* Design knowledge of Opamp, Band Gap and comparator, ADC,PLL, 
USB,Voltage Regulator/PHY.
* VLSI / VERILOG / FPGA / RTL Design / Physical Design .
* Experience in Design in Custom Layout Standard Cells, I/O or special 
analog designs , DFE, PLL, DLL,Bandgap, VCO, ADC,DAC,MEMORY.
* Experience in Physical verification, Strong Layout Design Concepts,
Knowledege on drc (design rule check), erc (electrical rule check) & lvs
(layout versus schematics), etc
