Job Description :
Routine monitoring of AutoSys batch schedule, • SAP batch jobs
• Monitors and validates to ensure that the batch schedule is running properly,
• Check for various job statuses in AutoSys like long running jobs, job failures etc.
• Responsible for monitoring critical paths in both SAP and AutoSys.
• Report monitoring in Business Objects, SAP and HPOS Printer spool monitoring
• Should continue to build on knowledge on Job Scheduling and Monitoring
• Participates in back-ups (schedule & monitor), uptime and performance of applications
• Follows TEIS policies and procedures like change management etc
• Has front end interactions with users to assist with low level trouble-shooting requirements
• Should demonstrate an aptitude for increasing proficiency and expertise
• Acquires knowledge on company policies, procedure and essential job skills required to resolve routine tasks
• Works on tasks that are simple and routine in nature.
• Follows company standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation/data from which answers can be readily obtained
• Builds good working relationships within the team and members
• Works under high supervision / guidance with frequent review of tasks assigned
• Receives detailed instructions for assigned work
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts
