Process Manager - E channel at ICICI Lombard-MBA, PG in Mass communication.

Overall objective is to interface with the e Channel Segment Managers, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and with Ops and IT to ensure that functionality and process issues for the e Channel are taken care of 
- Understanding process / functionality requirements from the eChannel team 


Documentation of process along with Ops and IT 
- Follow up with Ops / IT on implementation of process 
- Measure process parameters against agreed objectives and put in place corrective measures. 
- Interface with external vendors as required. 
- Taking care of operational issues in implementing the eChannel model on websites, corporate intranets, MLMs etc. 
- Will also be the eChannel representative for the ISO 9000 core team. 
Measurement based on adherence to agreed timelines and getting things right the first time 

Education Requirements: MBA, PG in Mass communication. 
Age Criteria: 25-28
