Cummins has been associated with the Indian subcontinent for close to five decades. The stage was set way back in 1962, when a partnership between Kirloskar and Cummins crystallized into a 100-acre manufacturing campus in Pune. Within a span of three years from commencing operations, the business venture started to generate profits. Job Description:

• First year would be as a trainee where in they will be assigned to one entity and will work on 2 projects in various departments within the entity.
• The objective being – giving exposure to various functions of business.
• The areas of work would be anything from : Design Engineering, Structure Analysis, Product Engineering, Manufacturing-Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Shop floor supervision, Quality, Marketing, Product Development , Service Engineering
