Job Description:
The role of Recruitment Coordinator within Kenexa RPO provides operational, logistical and administrative support to our on- and off-site solution delivery teams.
The position is critical in ensuring Kenexa continues to deliver extreme service whilst meeting client and organizational service level agreements.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for excellence will guarantee success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take partial responsibility for data integrity in customer Applicant Tracking System
- Administer and follow-up on assessment tools used by Kenexa in candidate selection process
- Reporting support for delivery team as required, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment
- Timely management and follow-up of all service delivery logistics, minimizing slippage wherever possible
- Additional ad-hoc requests as required
